   This Crook Pond (Li 11) point is used to relives cold symptoms and reduce fever.It is located at the top of the elbow crease on the edge of the joint.The easiest way to find Li 11 point bend your arm and look for the end of the crease on the outer side of your bent elbow.

Point No:2 Outer Gate (TW 5)

    This point is on the back of the arm in the depression between the two bones three finger-width above the wrist crease.This point increases resistance to colds.

   This point  is for relieving colds.It is present along the ridge of your occipital bone,halfway between your ear and spine,between the two muscles that come together.
