Overview

  Insomnia is a disorder of sleep in which you have trouble falling and/or staying asleep.Insomnia disorder have two conditional types,Acute insomnia lasts from 1 night to a few weeks. Insomnia is chronic when it happens at least 3 nights a week for 3 months or more.



Some people experience short periods(from 1 night to a few weeks) of insomnia, while some people experience long periods(3 nights a week for 3 months or more) of insomnia.

If you have insomnia, acupressure may help you to get rid of it. Acupressure involves using physical touch to activate/stimulate pressure points that correspond to different aspects of physical and mental health.

Point No:1  Spirit Gate (H 7)

   The H 7 acupressure point have many benefits but it is also used for the relief of insomnia disorder.Spirit Gate (H 7) acupressure point is located on the palm side of the wrist, in the crease of the wrist under the little finger.Press this point for 2-3 minutes.

Point No:2 Great Ravine (K 3)

   This point is located on the highest point of the inner ankle bone along the back of the tibia.Press this point for 2-3 minutes.

Point No:3 Inner Gate (HP 6)or (P6)

   The HP 6 point is located on the palm side of the hand in the middle of the arm three finger widths above the wrist line. Press this point for 2-3 minutes.
