Press this point for 2-3 minute for the relieves of knee stiffness and pain.

Location of point:
Right in the middle of the crease in back of the Knee.
some other points (GB 34 and Sp 8) also used to get rid of knee stiffness and pain .
Location of Point GB 34:
The point lies below the outside of the knee in a depression below inferior and in front of anterior to the head of the fibula. Slide your finger up the side of your lower leg until you find a bony prominence below the knee. Move one inch (body inch) diagonally forward and down until you feel a tender spot in the depression where the fibula meets the tibia. Hold for 2-3 minutes or until you feel the you feel better. Treat the left side then the right.
Location of Point Sp 8:
This Point is located 3-inches down from the tibial tuberosity on the inside of the tibia. Hold for 2-3 minutes or until you feel the you feel better.
